Halloween Costumes

About a month ago, Zachary had decided he wanted to be Megamind for Halloween and Allie's wanted to be Queen Amidala for several months. So, today they had their school costume parade and here are the pics. I had a lot of fun working on Zac's costume. He played the part very well. I loved watching the two of them enjoy their costumes!!

New Specs!!

Zachary has been wearing his glasses for about 18 months now. I am super excited that he's taken such good care of them. He really is a responsible little guy.
But they're in pretty bad shape and officially broken now.
You can ask Grandpa how they broke. It was his fault. (Ha!! You know I love you, Dad.)

So, Zac picked out a new pair and I think he looks adorable.

Allie's teacher sends home a newsletter every week to summarize the week. This newsletter goes home with each child and I'm assuming all the parents read it. Which is why THIS particular week is hilarious.

Horses!

Last weekend, in celebration of Grammy's birthday, we went horseback riding. The moms hit a gorgeous trail throughout the woods, surrounded by lakes. The kids got to ride a small portion of that path as well. It was so relaxing and pleasant. We all had a great time!!

Mom's 50th Birthday!

Life through the iPhone

I got an iPhone about 2 months ago. It holds many more pictures than my old phone. Here are some fun random every day shots of the kids being super cute. They are SUCH good buds and play so very well together. I had no idea how easily they'd get along and how much they'd love each other. I hope this lasts for a long time. What a sweet little pair!!
