Flag Football

As previously mentioned, Zachary played flag football this past month. It was his first time ever and he ended up having to play in a 10-year old & under league. However, he had an AWESOME coach who was such a great help and source of encouragement and a GREAT teacher for him.

Here's the football video. This is just a montage of plays from 1 game. His team is white. He's #7, the youngest and smallest in the whole league. Keep an eye on the coach, you'll see before his plays, he really talks with Zachary. It's so great. This is his best game. He has come a LONG way!

Ok, here's where you'll want to really watch:

1) 0:49-1:00 Zachary runs the ball...but it's a wimpy play
2) 2:09-2:15 Zachary tosses it...A completed pass!
3) 2:36-2:52 Zachary's BEST rush with the ball (Yay!!)
4) 2:55-end Zachary catches a pass!

That's good stuff. Patient coaches are such a blessing. He could already play for OU. When he gets a little better ND will come knockin.

Did I see Allie almost get run over on one of those plays?
