Short time Atlanta resident Reddy Petty Eaker, a female Betta fish and former hospitality director of Aisle 3 at Petsmart, died August 28, 2010, at the age of 1 week. She was active until the last hours of her life, living -- as she had for nearly 24 hours -- in her comfortable glass bowl and taking short swims around the bridge in the afternoon.
Reddy Petty had lifelong ties to Aisle 3 at Petsmart, which she sometimes referred to as "this little village we call The Garden of Eden."
Police are investigating her death and have ruled it a homicide. Local mafia henchwoman Pica "The Blade" Delgado is being held without bond and has further enhanced her reputation as a mentally unstable member of the Betta family.

Wow. Pica. I knew she'd do it the moment I heard of her.
YAYYYYY! The women reign!!!! Go Pica. Go Pica. Go Pica. Wonder if she will get life without parole! What are the children saying? Another Beta coming (in a separate bowl)? Were there gaveside services?
Sounds like you are looking for clues...this may help with your investigation. Was it the little sister in the dining room?
I would just like everyone to know that I have not misspelled Betta. In the fish world, there are 2 t's.
I feel better now.
Hilarious!
(How did the kids take it?)
So sorry Betta! I will remember this forever. Thank you for the spelling lesson.
